Dashboards

Every cost lane carries four dashboards, one for each audience that has to read the same numbers differently.

Dashboards are part of the free visibility tier. They run on a dedicated Apache Superset instance embedded in the Infralign app.

You install nothing and need no separate BI login.

Your cost data lands on the first nightly run after you connect. Once that run has landed, Infralign checks it and opens your dashboards within one business day, and support@infralign.ai emails you when they are live.

Those are two different clocks. The run is a timer. Opening the dashboards is a person.

Each cost lane carries four dashboards, one per audience.

All four share the layout below: a one-line read of the month, a row of KPI tiles, then the charts behind them.

The Executive — Cost & Savings dashboard. A summary line reads: Jul 2026, €83,046, up 6.4% — commitments saved €21,106, coverage below the 60% target. Below it, four tiles: latest complete month cost, this month so far on a like-for-like basis, projected month-end, and projected versus budget. Then a cost trend by service category, a billed versus list cost chart, and cost split by service category, subscription, service and region.

NovaPulse is a real production estate with its identifiers replaced, and these figures are unedited. Captured 4 August 2026, three days into the month, which is why the two projection tiles extrapolate so far above the completed one.

The app also links dashboard data to resources, findings, audits, the chatbot, and BI views.

Every dashboard carries an as-of line. Cost, utilisation, and inventory have separate dates because their sources land at different times.

Read the date beside a figure before using it.

The Data Ops dashboard is where that last row is answered. Its source-freshness table gives one row per feed, with the date that feed has data through and how far behind it is.

The Data Ops — Quality & Freshness dashboard. Its summary line reads: cost data through 2026-08-03, 1 day behind — within the 7-day threshold for this lane's daily cost cadence, 3 of 3 upstream feeds reporting. A source-freshness table lists the data source, the date its data runs through, days behind today, days behind the fleet, and the row count. Alongside it, rows ingested per day; below, the FOCUS data-quality flags by code and flagged rows over time.

The dashboards use these terms precisely. Quoting the wrong one is the commonest reconciliation error.

Realised savings and indicative savings both appear on the dashboards, and they are measured against different baselines.

Do not add the two values. Their different baselines make the total double-count savings.

Some tiles ignore the date filter because they describe a fixed period or current state:

  • projected versus budget
  • realised and indicative savings
  • coverage
  • cost by country

A self-serve export API is on the roadmap and is not available today.
